Today wasn't a very jolly day for me...Had quite a number of things running through my head at the same time..chest pains were getting more and more unbearable and consistent in appearing out of nowhere...
Things I did today:
1. Finished studying econs for good
2. Got my vectors problems solved
3. Planned my study programme for the next day (Organic Chem and Phy up to Motion in a Circle)
4. Appointment at TTSH for blood test for tomorrow's IV Cyclo
5. Finished Phy H2 Promo 2006
Between those things...I managed to get some sleep for about 3 hours inside the sick bay....hmm..Energy seems to dissipate from me faster than ever...
When I woke up, TTSH rang me...told me that yesterday's X-ray results showed that I have a an infection inside my lungs....Well...I guessed that explains why my chest hurt so much...Will be undergoing antibody treatment tomorrow along with my IV Cyclo...
On the bright side...I submitted my Econs Revision Package today, one day earlier than the dateline! Yes...All 5 case studies and 5 essays..mwahahaha...
A thought struck me again..
When our material-bound bodies is filled with energy, we may have the tendency to give excuses to slither away from tasks, duties and responsibilities, i.e. sick, not free, parents won't allow, etc...
However, perhaps it only implies on me, but even if I'm on a low energy level everyday, I still yearned to do so many things...
Perhaps this is what we can infer, we only appreciate things when they are lost...
Read an old medical maxim called the Osler's aphorism :
"If you want to live a long life, get a chronic disease and take care of it"
Ouch...
Well...Looks like it's still a long way for me to go..haha..
And I'm looking forward to that.. :)
