Scream...

Could literally listen to the screams of my body this morning...Had to forcefully drag myself to the bathroom and onto the bus for Physics test...

Is it really true that limits are always there and there is no way that the limits can be stretched?

I used to have this belief that the only thing that limits one's abilities and enhancing the attributes one has is his/her own limits...In this case, the term "body" is not stated in this and hence, it is not uncommon if people were to stumble upon the phrase "mind over matter" or "mind over body" at least once...

However, does this apply to all of us? What if there is a physical limit impose to our very own soul?

Everything we see around us has a limit, a physical one in fact...

Bridges and buildings can only withstand a finite magnitude of weight before collapsing into rubbles...

Government imposes physical control on goods in order to ban them from entering the country...

Usain Bolt cannot run 100m under 9 seconds unless he mutates and gains extra muscle power....

Doubt that he could evolve in a few weeks time to further improve his timings....

Kuchiki Byakuya from the anime Bleach had mentioned before, I quote,

"This is your limit, ryoka,"

Ryoka meaning....Human....

It could be possible that one's mind; motivated, inspired, encouraged, is able to do wonders and perhaps creating miracles...

But the body, mind and soul acts as one, and not as an individual component...

The body cannot function without the mind...

And the mind cannot produce work without the body....

And these two interdependent problems will only lead to a disrupted soul...

Nonetheless, when the body is breaking down...

And so is the mind...

It's hard for the soul to actually free itself from this dark void...

I believe that I'm breaking down....But I'm not going to give away my soul to stress, both physical and mental that easily....

I just haven't found a way to reverse this...
